§ Ms Quin[holding answer 2 February 1998]: There have been no incidents of attempted suicide reported at Lewes prison from 1 January 1997 to date.
586WSince 1 April 1997, attempted suicide has not been used as an incident reporting category. These incidents are now subsumed under the category of deliberate self-harm. There has been a number of incidents of self-harm recorded at the prison between 1 January 1997 to date. The dates of these incidents are given in the table.
