§ Mr. BattleThe plans for the introduction of electricity supply competition are already in place. The overall purpose of the above review is to consider whether and what changes should be made to wholesale electricity trading arrangements in England and Wales. The conclusions of the Review Panel will not have any effects on the introduction of competition in electricity supply.
