§ Ms Glenda JacksonI have been informed by National Air Traffic Services Ltd. that there have been no failures at the Scottish Air Traffic Control Centre at Prestwick over the last 12 months. There were three engineering-related occurrences at the centre in the same period, on 17 January, 2 June and 23 October 1997, none of which resulted in either a lowering of safety standards or any delay to air traffic.
