§ Mr. RookerSuch bones must be disposed of in accordance with the requirements of the Animal By-Products Order 1992, as amended, which is enforced by local authorities. An explanatory note on the 1997 amendment to the Order and which covers butchers' waste is being sent to local authority bodies and is available to inquirers. I am sending a copy to the hon. Member and have arranged for one to be placed in the Library of the House.
