Whether the introduction of free entry at all times for school children to the national museums and galleries in April 1999 is to be for all school children regardless of their nationality or country of residence; and [HL236]

Whether the introduction of free entry at all times for "old-age pensioners" to the national museums and galleries in 2000 is to be for all old-age pensioners regardless of their nationality or country of residence. [HL237]

I can confirm that extra funds have been offered to the trustees of the major national collections to enable free entry for children from April 1999 and pensioners from April 2000 regardless of their nationality or country of residence.
