To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions under what circumstances new or revised bids can be submitted for shortlisting for the headquarters of London government. [64085]

There has been a careful and open selection and short-listing process, which has reduced an initial 55 locations down to seven, and then to a short-list of two. I expect to announce a decision in the new year.
