§ Dr. ReidDetails of the allocations to local highway authorities and passenger transport authorities in England for capital expenditure on their transport infrastructure in 1999–2000 will be placed in the Library of the House at 10.00 am on Thursday 17 December. Information about allocations to individual authorities will be sent directly to Members of Parliament.
