Mr. Jon Owen JonesPreliminary monthly data on reported food poisoning in the health authorities of England and Wales are published during the second week of each month in the weekly publication, Communicable Disease Report (CDR).
Final quarterly, regional data on food poisoning which are more complete are also published in CDR (March, June, September and December 1998). Quarterly data are available from 1996. Prior to this, data on salmonella were published in the PHLS State Veterinary Service (SVS) Update.
