§ Mr. Doug HendersonMy Department is keen to build links with industry and commerce and believes the Whitehall-wide Interchange programme which encourages outward and inward secondment can assist this process. We encourage a range of options including non-executive advisory appointments to MOD boards, joint training, short attachments and secondments of three months or more.
