§ Mr. HoonThe Access to Justice Bill includes provisions to give all solicitors and barristers full rights of audience before all the courts, provided they meet the training and conduct requirements imposed by their professional bodies. The Bill proposes to give employed banisters and solicitors, including Crown Prosecutors, the same rights of audience as their colleagues in private practice.
