§ Mr. Tony LloydThe current guidelines on FCO official contacts with private military companies are those referred to by my right hon. Friend the Foreign Secretary in his statement to the House on 27 July 1998,Official Report, column 21. These guidelines are now being revised in consultation with other Government Departments. The new guidelines will be announced shortly.
