§ Mr. RaynsfordNo. Our policy is to make electoral change orders by no later than the October before the May election date on which the changes come into effect so as to allow sufficient preparatory time including compiling the Electoral Register. The final reports on the Derbyshire Districts were not presented to the Department until 24 November 1998.
