§ Mr. Mandelson[holding answer 1 December 1998]: Ford Motor Company have not received any Regional Selective Assistance (RSA) payments from this Department since 1 May 1997. However Jaguar Cars Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Ford, has received two RSA payments totalling £7 million during the same period.
