§ Mr. MudieI attended the Council of Youth Ministers in Brussels on 26 November.
The Council agreed unanimously a resolution proposed by the Presidency encouraging the Community and member states to involve young people in decision-making at all levels. The Council also discussed the Commission's proposal for a Community youth action programme from the year 2000 but was unable to reach an agreed common position.
