§ Ms Glenda JacksonMy Department has received representations from numerous sources in the UK and US about the liberalisation of UK/US air services. The two issues of cabotage and ownership of airlines have featured prominently in the representations from UK-based organisations. The UK hopes to conclude a new liberal agreement with the US which provides genuinely equal opportunities for airlines of both countries.
