§ Mr. SpellarWhile they are sometimes called upon to provide foreign buyers with advice on, or demonstrations of, the capabilities of military equipment, the Armed Services do not deal with agents of(a) foreign governments and (b) arms purchasing companies on the sale of such equipment. This applies equally to the sale of surplus defence equipment by the Disposal Sales Agency.
