§ Mr. Tony LloydThe issue of British citizenship for residents of all UK Overseas Territories who do not already have it is a complex one. It is being considered sympathetically in the context of the current Review of UK Overseas Territories and the result will be published in the White Paper. We expect to publish the Paper early in the current session of Parliament.
