§ Mr. FatchettI propose to visit Morocco on 19 and 20 May and while there to meet ministers of the new Government. My right hon. Friend the Foreign Secretary will meet Mr. Filali, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Morocco, at Palermo during the Euro-Med ad hoc Ministerial on 3 and 4 June.
Ministers have not yet met any representatives of Polisario. At present, no meetings are planned.
