§ Clare ShortI have met representatives of the Jubilee 2000 Coalition on a number of occasions, most recently on 25 March, when we discussed the rally it is organising in Birmingham on 16 May. I very much welcome the leading role that Jubilee 2000 has played in keeping debt high up the international policy agenda.
