§ Clare ShortI am keen to increase our collaboration with Japan and have visited Tokyo to meet Ministers and others to this end. We are working closely with Japan and other countries to take forward the International Development Strategy, which Japan strongly supported in the Development Committee of the Organisation for 153W Economic Corporation Development. We are also successfully co-operating with Japan on specific projects in Africa, Asia and in Bosnia.
