§ Mr. MilburnOver 99 per cent. of all National Health Service organisations have now submitted reports to their regional offices in response to the 31 March deadline detailed in executive letter EL(97)59. This executive letter,118W issued last October to all chief executives, required that the submission include detailed project plans, inventories and cost estimates. It is anticipated that, by the end of April, submissions will have been received from the very few remaining NHS organisations.
