§ Mr. Mike O'BrienHer Majesty's Chief Inspector of Prisons was recently critical of the limited space available to the Immigration Service in detention centres and suggested that the Immigration Service needs to expand its detention estate. This proposal is being examined as part of the Detention Review which will report in due course.
