§ Mr. MilburnWith effect from its next issue (No. 5 provisionally due June 1998) Health-CD will be covered by the public library subsidy scheme administered by Her Majesty's Stationery Office (HMSO). This scheme enables local authority funded public libraries to benefit from a 50 per cent. discount, applied at the point of sale.
