§ Mr. DewarThe Scottish Business Forum has been established to enable a regular exchange of views between the Scottish business community and Government. It will provide direct access for its members to Treasury Ministers who will attend meetings of the Forum as a matter of course. I have made appointments to the Forum on a personal basis, in consultation with the Chancellor of the Exchequer. A copy of the press notice which announced the appointment of members has been placed in the House library.
