§ Ms Glenda JacksonLatest punctuality figures for Great Western Trains will be published in the Franchising Director's next network performance bulletin in May. Punctuality figures for the year up to 7 December 1997 were published in the bulletin dated 15 January 1998, copies of which are in the Library of the House. Punctuality data are collected in terms of the percentage of scheduled services which arrive on time (within 9 minutes 59 seconds of the scheduled journey time), Monday-Saturday, not the percentage of passengers whose trains arrive on time.
