(2) how much Gwent Tertiary College estimates that they will have to repay to the European Union; and how much ESF money has been withheld by the EU to date for projects already agreed to; [39441]
(3) what is the surplus projected by Gwent Tertiary College for 1997–98; and what account has been taken of (a) moneys withheld by and (b) sums required to be repaid to the EU. [39442]
