§ Mr. MorleyThe European Court of Justice confirmed in case C 246/89 that the UK had complied with the President's interim order (Case C 246/89R) to suspend the application of the nationality requirements enshrined in the Merchant Shipping Act 1988 with effect from 2 November 1989. The Court made no specific reference to paragraph 26 of the President's order.
