§ Angela EagleIn response to our consultation on regional development agencies in England, we received over 1,500 responses. Of the small proportion who commented on the issue of boundaries of the RDAs, the majority supported the Government's decision to base RDA boundaries on the Government Office boundaries, with one RDA covering Merseyside and the North West. Since then, we have received a large number of pro-forma representations seeking a separate regional identity for Cornwall, and a small number of other representations about regional boundaries.
