As at 1 April this year, there were 3,282 members of TA units based in Wales, and these were supported by 138 Regular Army personnel, 79 Non Regular Permanent Staff and 194 other civilian staff.
No assessment has been made of the overall impact of the Territorial Army on employment in Wales.
