I am replying to your Question to the Secretary of State for Defence about the staff newsletter of the Army Technical Support Agency (ATSA) as this matter falls within my responsibility as the Agency Chief Executive.The ATSA Newsletter carries no security classification. It contains "Unclassified" material. The Newsletter is published quarterly. The first edition was issued coincidentally with the launch of the Agency in Autumn 1995, although earlier newsheets on the progress towards Agency formation were issued to affected staff prior to launch.Letter from C.
