§ The Prime MinisterI have recently chaired two major international conferences at which the Millennium Bug issue was highlighted. Leaders at both the European Conference on 12 March and the ASEM 2 Conference on 3–4 April agreed the importance of international co-operation to ensure millennium compliance.
