§ Mr. Win GriffithsThe New Deal for 18–24 year olds began in West Wales in January and in the rest of Wales on 6 April. The Employment Service has contracted with lead organisations to deliver the environment option of the New Deal. This option offers opportunities for young people to train and gain valuable work experience whilst meeting broad environmental objectives.
