The Chief Executive of the Employment Service recently announced a scheme whereby voluntary organisations, including those delivering ETF provision, can have some of their first year's contract value in advance, to meet set-up costs, immediately a contract is signed. The maximum amount available is whichever is the lower of £30,000 or 20 per cent. of the first year's expected contract value.
