§ Mr. FoulkesThe proposed EU/South Africa trade and co-operation agreement will be discussed at next month's ACP-EU Council meeting in Barbados, which the Secretary of State will co-chair. We want an agreement which takes account of the concerns of South Africa's neighbours.
