§ Mr. RaynsfordThe Government are discussing with the Audit Commission how local authority performance indicators might be developed. We shall ensure that access for disabled persons to polling stations is included in those discussions. As required under the Local Government Act 1992, the Commission will consult widely on its proposals in the summer.
