§ Mr. FatchettMy right hon. Friend the Foreign Secretary hosted a Dinner for ASEM Foreign Minister at Lancaster House on 2 April at a cost of approximately £3,000. Other events planned for the next two months include lunch on 29 April for the Gulf Co-operation Council Meeting (estimated cost £1,200) and on 30 April a lunch with businessman to foster trade with Latin America (estimated cost £300). It is not, however, possible to provide a comprehensive estimate on Ministerial hospitality as the majority of events and meetings will not be finalised until nearer the time.
