§ Mr. FoulkesIn Belarus we are supporting the development of small and medium enterprises, for example through the creation of small business centres in Brest, Gomel and Grodno. We are also providing training for Trade Union members through the Jim Conway Foundation and plan to look for further opportunities to work with the NGO sector. In Ukraine we are supporting a wide variety of projects in the following sectors: agriculture, energy, financial services, small and medium enterprise development and good government.
