§ Mr. CabornFollowing legislative changes introduced in 1991 the Secretary of State is no longer responsible for agreeing local authority development plans, other than 145W in very exceptional circumstances. The current Nottinghamshire Structure Plan Review was adopted by Nottinghamshire County Council in November 1996.
Since the reorganisation of Nottingham City as a unitary authority on 1 April, any review of the plan and its timing is the joint responsibility of Nottingham City and Nottinghamshire County Council.
