§ Mr. George RobertsonSince I May I have already visited the Royal Naval College Greenwich twice and I have no immediate plans for a further visit. I continue to keep a very close interest in its future arrangements and I hope that negotiations can be concluded soon, to allow the Greenwich Foundation for the Royal Naval College to take responsibility for the site.
