§ Mr. FatchettNone. We do not have diplomatic relations with Bhutan. However, our Deputy High Commissioner in New Delhi regularly raises with the Bhutanese government our continuing concern about the refugee problem, most recently during a visit to Bhutan in January. Our Embassy in Kathmandu is in touch with the Nepalese Government and the UNHCR on the problem. Our High Commission in New Delhi also discusses the refugees with the Indian Ministry of External Affairs. The EU plans to raise the issue at the UN Commission on Human Rights.
