§ Dr. Howells700,000 cards have been produced to ensure that all young people in England who are in their final year of compulsory education receive their Learning Card, explaining their entitlement to learning options after age 16 and the careers guidance and information available to support their choice. The cost of printing and distributing the Learning Card and its accompanying leaflet amounts to around £67,000.
