§ Dawn Primarolo[holding answer 27 March 1998]: The Department of the Environment, Transport and the Regions circulated to all Departments in September last year a "Guide to Green Transport Plans". The Treasury is considering how to respond to its recommendations and is currently preparing draft green transport plans.
