§ Mr. McLeish[holding answer 27 March 1998]: My hon. Friend the Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions circulated to all Departments in September last year a "Guide to Green Transport Plans". My right hon. Friend is considering its recommendations.
