§ Mr. HainWe estimate that the extra cost of financing tuition fees for the fourth year of study for Wales-domiciled students studying full-time for first degrees at Scottish higher education institutions would be some £45,000.
There are no Wales-domiciled students studying part-time on the fourth year of first degrees at Scottish institutions.
