§ Mr. GalbraithEstimates of NHS spending in Scotland will be published shortly in the Scottish Office Departmental Report (Cm 3914), as part of a series of departmental reports (Cm 3902 to 3920) which, accompanied by the document "Public Expenditure: Statistical Analyses" (Cm 3901), present the Government's expenditure plans for 1998–99.
