§ Mr. Ron DaviesOfficials are currently discussing with representatives of the voluntary sector the development of a compact between the Government and the voluntary sector in Wales. I expect this compact to set out the principles, including those relating to funding, which will govern our future relationship. We will consult on the final form which the compact should take.
