§ Mr. Tony LloydMy right hon. Friend the Foreign Secretary raised human rights issues with the Kenyan Foreign Minister during the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting in Edinburgh. We shall follow this up vigorously in the run-up to the forthcoming Kenyan elections.
