§ Mr. George HowarthAs the Government's announcement on 17 July made clear, we are concerned about the misuse of all kinds of alcohol by those under age. There is a range of existing research and regular surveys which already cover various aspects of under-age drinking. We are looking carefully at whether additional research is required.
