asked Her Majesty's Government:

Whether they will place in the Library of the House copies of all advices, opinions and views supplied by the Home Office to the Chief Constable of Cambridge or the judge, the contents of some of which were quoted by His Honour Judge Haworth in case A970014 of Reginald Buckland v. the Chief Constable of Cambridgeshire before His Honour Judge Haworth heard on 15 August 1997 against the refusal of the Chief Constable to vary the conditions of a firearms certificate.
