The Parliamentary Secretary has asked me to reply to your Question about the publication of a study of the economic cost of activities relating to existing charging points.The Court Service has not yet made such a study. However, we will undertake an analysis of the economic costs of charging points as part of the revision of the fees structure for the civil courts, which will be necessary in the context of the implementation of the civil justice reforms in April 1999.
